Casey K.C. Lai, CEO, Deloitte Taiwan
Casey Lai is the CEO of Deloitte Taiwan. Casey started his professional career in 1988 at Deloitte Taiwan, and held the position as Chairman of the Board, Reputation and Risk Leader, Financial Advisory (FA) Business Leader and Audit & Assurance (A&A) Business Leader. Casey specializes in Audit & Assurance with dual master degrees in Accounting and Law and holds Taiwan and US CPA licenses. His clients include local and international companies, in finance, banking insurance, securities, and TMT industries. As the A&A Business Leader, he actively pursued corporations to go public to strengthen the capital market in Taiwan marketplace. During his time as FA Business Leader, he provided M&A and taxation advisory services. He worked with renowned PE funds to participate in major transaction deals assisting enterprises to transform and grow. As the Chairman, he focused on corporate social responsibility and governance related matters.

Eric Dugelay, Partner, Deloitte France / Task Force Expert, TCFD
An electrical engineer by profession, Eric is specialized in climate change consultancy. Partner for 19 years and responsible for Deloitte's activities in Sustainability in France between 2001 and 2013 and then at the global level between 2014 and 2017, he has significant experience in the management of consulting and assurance projects on sustainability topics, in particular climate change. During his global tenure, Eric led the project of development of Deloitte Global Sustainability Assurance Methodology. Eric was also a part time Director at the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) in 2014 and 2015. He has been a Director of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) between 2014 and 2018 and is a member of the Task Force on Climate Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) of the Financial Stability Board (FSB) since 2015. Eric is a member of the Project Task Force on Climate Disclosures of the European Lab of the EFRAG (European Financial Reporting Advisory Group) and a member of the Working Group on Sustainable Finance at Accountancy Europe.
