    Eliza Li

    Leader, Sustainability and Climate Change Services, PwC Taiwan


    Eliza Li holds a bachelor degree at National Taiwan University and a masters degree at George Washington University. With her CPA qualification in Taiwan, US and China, Eliza has been practicing financial statement audit and accounting advisory services for more than twenty years. In 2013, Eliza established the Sustainability Services Department at PwC Taiwan and has been providing assurance service on CSR report and Sustainability and Climate Change consulting services.


    With her expertise in sustainability strategies and risk management, Eliza dedicated to promoting and providing consulting services relating to important sustainability global trends such as sustainability strategy management, sustainability governance, TIMM, SROI, TCFD ,DJSI and CDP to enterprises from a wide range of business sectors. Eliza has also been keynote speaker or panelist in many forums, events and in universities to share her insights and provide suggestions.

    Kuei-Tien Chou

    Director, Risk Society and Policy Research Center, NTU​

    Kuei-Tien Chou is Professor at the Graduate Institute of National Development, National Taiwan University. He also serves as Director at the Risk Society and Policy Research Center (RSPRC), National Taiwan University, leading a team of young researchers to research and develop policy recommendations on climate change, energy transition and social transformation, as well as on emerging technology risks such as genetic modification, nanotechnology, information and communications, and artificial intelligence.


    He has a PhD in Sociology from the University of Munich, after graduating with a bachelor's in Sociology at the National Taiwan University in 1992, and a master's in 1994. Under the tutelage of one of the greatest thinkers in contemporary social thought Ulrich Beck, Professor Chou has dedicated himself to advocating for the creation and transformation toward a “risk society” in Taiwan and East Asia.


    Professor Chou believes that the risk governance deadlock and political distrust that has developed over the last 10 years, as well as the disruption in the connection between academia and society, require societies to embark on expeditious transformation, otherwise which our societies would not be able to cope with the scale of societal, economic, environment and technological changes which will surpass that of the 20th century. Some of the most recent representative works by Professor Chou include book publications, Paradigm Shift of the Risk Society – Constructing Responsible Governance for Citizens in 2014, Sociology of Climate Change: the High Carbon Society and its transformation challenge in 2017, Energy Transition in East Asia – A Social Science Perspective in 2018, and Climate Change Governance in Asia in 2020.

    Gaven Chang

    Director, Sustainability and Climate Change Services, PwC Taiwan

    Gaven has over 13 years work experience in sustainability related area. He joined Sustainability and Climate Change department at PwC in 2014 and focus on various sustainability related service such as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Carbon management (Value Chain GHG Inventory, Science Based Target) , Environmental Profit & Loss (EP&L) , ISAE 3000 assurance and Climate-related Financial Disclosure (TCFD).


    Until now, have conducted more than 70 ESG consulting or assurance projects for Semiconductors, Technology, Retailing, and Food & Beverage Sectors.

    Vincent Shih

    Assistant General Counsel of Microsoft and General Manager of Microsoft Taiwan Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs (CELA) team

    Vincent Shih sits in Microsoft Asia CELA Leadership Team, supporting Microsoft GCR Responsible AI Champion and Marketing and Operation Group, and also leads Taiwan CELA team in providing full scale of legal support, serving as the main contact on government relations and industry associations.


    Along with serving as Taiwan Branch General Manager for LinkedIn, Vincent is also active in community affairs such as being the Chairman of Licensing Executives Society Chinese Taipei; Deputy Chairman and Governor of American Chamber of Commerce in Taipei, etc., committing to bring Microsoft global vision into Taiwan, and support government and industry's digital transformation.

    Larry Sun

    Manager, TSMC ESH Division

    Larry Sun joined TSMC in 1994 and has served as a manager of TSMC's Taiwan and overseas plants, where he was responsible for environmental safety and health management. Currently, he is one of the key members of TSMC's Climate Change Response, Renewable Energy, Supply Chain Sustainability Management, and Corporate Social Responsibility reports, and has been responsible for the DJSI (Dow Jones Sustainability Index), CDP questionnaire responses for several years.


    Since 2018, Larry has been responsible for the coordination of TSMC's TCFD, and disclosed TSMC's management framework, risks and opportunities, and related financial impact analysis and relevant actions of Climate Change on the 2018 and 2019 TSMC CSR reports.

    Thomas Walk

    Sustainable Development in Production Leader, Decathlon Taiwan

    Thomas leads all areas of sustainable development in Decathlon Taiwan production supply chain, including human rights assessments, environmental compliance, renewable energy, carbon dioxide reduction and eco-design.

    Tony Mo

    Secretary-General, BCSD-Taiwan​


    Tony Mo, the secretary general of BCSD-Taiwan, has worked in BCSD-Taiwan since 1999. During his tenure, Tony successively introduced GHG Protocol, GRI Guidelines/Standard, <IR> Framework, Eco-efficiency Indicators etc. sustainable management tools into Taiwan. In order to support Taiwanese corporations improving their sustainability performances, he also takes part in many government and businesses consultant projects related to Corporate Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) issues.


    In 2009, Tony assisted Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation (TWSE) and Taipei Exchange stipulating the regulation of “Corporate Social Responsibility Best Practice Principles for TWSE/GTSM Listed Companies” and promoting as well. Tony is specialized in Energy and Climate Change topics, including GHG emission and reduction strategies, ESG information disclosure, ESG performance evaluation and so on..


    Tony received bachelor degree in Atmospheric Science of National Taiwan University and master degree in Institute of Environmental Engineering of National Chiao Tung University. From 2001 to 2005, he was studying in Law department of National Taiwan University for his in-service training.
