Tze - Luen Alan Lin
Deputy Chief Executive, Office of Energy and Carbon Reduction in Executive Yuan
Dr. Tze-Luen Alan Lin is the Deputy Chief Executive in Office of Energy and Carbon Reduction in Executive Yuan, and he is also associate professor in National Taiwan University Department of Political Science. Dr. Lin has participated in conferences of United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) since 2005, and he devotes to cooperation of the cross-over of different fields and the implement of climate action.
Dr. Lin specializes in energy and climate policy, international environmental politics, and deliberative democracy, and he has been the advisor of President’s Advisory Council on Human Rights.
Associate professor/Dean of Student Affairs, Geriatric Welfare Technology & Science in Mackay Medical College
Dr. Yung-Shuen Shen is associate professor of Institute of Geriatric Welfare Technology & Science and Dean of Student Affairs in Mackay Medical College. He is also the secretary general of Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Awards (TCSA) Committee.
Dr. Shen has continued to devote time and effort in the issue of corporate sustainability management. He has been the member of Application Review Committee of product carbon label for Taiwan Environmental Protection Administration (EPA), Secretary General of Taiwan Academy of Corporate Sustainability (TACS), and member in Bureau of Energy in Ministry of Economic Affairs for energy researches performance assessment committee. He specializes in chemical engineering, environmental engineering, management of industry sustainability and greenhouse gas.
Ming Yuan Chiu
Deputy Chief Executive, Spring Thunder Environmental Society
Director Ming Yuan Chiu is the Deputy Chief Executive in Spring Thunder Environmental Society. He served in Taiwan Area National Expressway Engineering Bureau in Ministry of Transportation and Communications (MOTC) as a government employee, and he has been the CEO of Ecological Engineering Methods Foundation.
Director Chiu won the 53rd Golden Bell Award with the film「Heavenly Messenger」. He has published many books including「A Journey in the island」and 「Thousands of Miles From Home : Little White Crane’s serendipitous adventure」.
Asia-Pacific Lead of Sustainability, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Ltd
Christine Chiang is the Asia-Pacific Lead of Sustainability in Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Ltd. She is the member of Taiwan Institute for Sustainable Energy (TAISE) Standing Committee, and she is also the chairman in Information Technology Industry Council (ITI) for Asia Pacific Environmental and Sustainability Committee.
Christine is active in sharing her knowledge in establishing sustainable business directions in companies. She has been the consultant of Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA), Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), and Chung-Hua Institution for Economic Research.
Senior Assistant Director, SGS Taiwan Ltd. in Certification and Business Enhancement
Stephen Pao is working for SGS Taiwan Ltd. in Certification and Business Enhancement (CBE) as Senior Assistant Director focusing on new service/business development in corporate sustainability development related fields. He is experienced in confirmation and verification, and he also has lots of cooperation with enterprises from different fields.
Stephen is the lecturer of many ISO certification and give training courses in Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) and Environmental Protection Administration (EPA). He served in Coordination Council for North American Affairs (CCNAA) office in Chicago and Argonne National Laboratory in the USA.
