Casey Lai is the CEO of Deloitte Taiwan. Casey started his professional career in 1988 at Deloitte Taiwan, and held the position as Chairman of the Board, Reputation and Risk Leader, Financial Advisory (FA) Business Leader and Audit & Assurance (A&A) Business Leader.
Casey specializes in Audit & Assurance with dual master degrees in Accounting and Law and holds Taiwan and US CPA licenses. His clients include local and international companies, in finance, banking insurance, securities, and TMT industries. As the A&A Business Leader, he actively pursued corporations to go public to strengthen the capital market in Taiwan marketplace.
During his time as FA Business Leader, he provided M&A and taxation advisory services. He worked with renowned PE funds to participate in major transaction deals assisting enterprises to transform and grow. As the Chairman, he focused on corporate social responsibility and governance related matters.

Joe is a partner at the Taipei Audit & Assurance and has over 20 years of experience in audit and assurance. Joe’s extensive professional capabilities and knowledge in accounting, auditing, and business operations provides him with in depth understanding of business operations and the expertise to identify the risk and related controls within business processes.
Joe is also responsible for Initial Public Offerings (IPO), Euro-Convertible Bond (ECB) readiness/consultation project, anti-money laundering (AML) and combating the financing of terrorism (CFT) assurance service, personal information protection act (PIPA) assurance service, corporate social responsibility(CSR) assurance service, sustainable bonds (including green bonds, social bonds and sustainability bonds) consultation project, etc.

With more than 10 years experiences in sustainability services, James now serves as R&D and project management role in sustainability team. James joined Deloitte Taiwan in 2010 and has leverage his past experiences in IT industry and finance expertise in providing client with full and integrated sustainability strategy planning and supply chain management service.

Susan Y. Lin is the Deputy Head of Information Services, Asia Pacific, London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG). This division provides products including FTSE Russell Indexes, Yield Book analytical system, and data solutions such as Sustainable Investments. LSEG acquired the Yield Book and Fixed Income Index businesses from Citigroup Inc. in 2017.
Prior to this integration, Susan had worked for Citigroup for 26 years. She joined the firm in New York in 1991 and continued her tenure in Asia from 2003 when she set up the Yield Book and Fixed Income Index businesses in Hong Kong. As part of the global expansion plan for the group, she established a new team in Taiwan in August of 2009. Susan led the team to develop and sell analytical technology and had responsibility for the family of fixed income indexes.
After becoming part of LSEG, her role in Asia Pacific is expanded to cover more products. She is currently leading the expansion plan to grow Taipei office to a global strategic hub.
She was one of the chief architects of the Yield Book software products, and developed several major features in The Yield Book, including Portfolio Optimization, Asset Liability Management, and Portfolio Index Tracking. She also developed the first version of XMLAPI to support the expansion of Yield Book product line. For the past 16 years, she has been managing the expansion of business throughout Asia Pacific among many customer segments, including banks, insurance and asset management companies.
KH Chen is the founder and the Chairman of Sinogreenergy and GreenHarvest, one of Taiwan’s largest solar power developers and multi-services providers. Chen is also the director of both Solar PV Generation System Association of R.O.C. and TPVIA.
Having graduated from the National Tsing Hua University Institute of Electronics with a master’s degree in CIGS Solar Cell Processes, Chen began his 20 year-long career in the solar energy field. Prior to Sinogreenergy, Chen was the director of AUO Solar Power Plant Project Office for over 10 years. As for the future, Chen is leading the group and applying his expertise in the name of GreenHarvest to the deregulated power purchasing market.
CEO, WeatherRisk Explore Inc.
Dr. Chi-Ming Peng is Chief Executive Officer of WeatherRisk Explore Inc., which he founded in 2003. In 2004, Dr. Peng applied the first ever license of weather forecasting. WeatherRisk now is the largest weather company in Taiwan, providing weather data and services to governments, renewables, transportation, aviation, media…etc.
Dr. Peng has a PhD in Atmospheric Sciences from National Central University at Taiwan, continued as a research scientist and professor. He majored in air pollution, dust storm, cloud, acid rain and weather risk management
